How did you get started in the profession?
- I started sewing in a workshop that my family had, and after studying design and tailoring I joined the factory where I currently work as the head coordinator.

- More than 20 years

- Women's fashion

What do you do to achieve customer satisfaction?
- I talk to customers to find out how we can improve the next production.
Are you currently undergoing training to improve your work?
- At the end of this year I will have a training to improve productivity and work environment.
What is the difference between your confections and those of others?
- My team includes affection in every garment, not just sewing fabric!
How many people work with you in this activity?
- The workshop has 30 people
What machinery do you use in garment manufacturing?
- Overlock, Straight Sewing Machines, ZigZag, Irons, Elastics, Embroidery Machines and others.
What is the quantity of garments you produce per month?
- In the workshop we make between 300 and 700 garments depending on the style.
Where do you buy the fabrics and materials for the garments?
- The fabrics are silk, cotton and rayon, mostly from Jaipur India.
Who requires or requests your confections?
- Our customers are from the European Union
What are your job expectations?
- To continue giving a good service and to be able to professionalize our work.
What are the physical working conditions and wages like? Do children work?
- The wages are set by the government with production rewards and the conditions are very good. There are no children working in this workshop.
